| | Can anyone tell me whether this reader's digest contest thing is real?
I'd subcribed the Reader's Digest last year end or this March... I'm not too sure already... But ever since I received my first subscription in April, the contest committee keep sending me mails & emails reminding me on my participation to win a big car!
I made the first participation out of curiosity and trying my luck... Then I'd moved to a new city, so I couldn't be bothered. When my sis came to visit me, she simply ask me to ignore the contest, as its a marketing gimmick...
When I receive my third subscription in June, the mail letter is sent together to encourage me on my countinous participation, the wordings are catching my eyes... and when I check my yahoo mail, subject like: Final Reminder ALICE SIM M K: Call For Immediate Participation.....
Part of the email contents goes like this: "Just in case you missed the first email, it's called the "Potential Winners Action Plan" and when completed accordingly, you'll have the guaranteed opportunity to win attractive prizes and cash from a prize pool worth more than RM850,000!"
Its kinda tempting to proceed...
Can anyone tell me, should I waste my time on this? 2 ppl telling me, nah.... it the marketing gimmick... Anyone in real ever win that so-called prizes & car? Tell me... |
